Punjabi kudi Poonam Kaur is now replaced by Catherine Tresa for Malayalam movie “The Thriller”. This movie was about to witness Poonam’s debut in malluwood. But when the screen test was conducted, Poonam failed to impress the directors with her lip sync and the Malayalam dialogues. For this reason, the actress was asked to learn Malayalam language in a short period of time.
Poonam instead choose to walk away and is now not a part of the “The Thriller”. Catherine Tresa, who is well known in malluwood, was proposed with the role and she has signed the project. (HC)
