Kamalinee Mukherji is said to be the lucky mascot of director Shekar Kamulla as the director always features the Bengali beauty in his films. From his debut film ‘Anand’ Shekar roped in Kamalinee, who was also new to tollywood at that time. From that day, Shekar has a superstitious- Sentimental connection Kamalinee as he believes that the beauty is his lucky mascot and featuring her will bring him immense success in his film career.
In films like ‘Happy Days’, Godavari, Avakai Biryani’ the director gave the Bengali beauty brief roles in order to keep up his sentiment. In his upcoming movie which is LEADER, Kamalinee will play a lengthy role of a MLA and she is said to cater a message to the Andhra woman.
RANA, grand son of Producer Ramanaidu is making his debut as a hero in this film and the subject of this film is said to be based on politics with love as a basic ingredient.
