March 24, 2010
When most of the expected films had flunked terribly at box office, Surya’s Aadhavan proves to be a sure-footed winner. Yeah! His previous release Aadhavan released on Diwali 2009 has now successfully completed 100 days. The film is produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin under the banner name of Red Giant Movies and is directed by K.S. Ravikumar.
To mark the success of this film, the producers have organized a special gathering today evening at Park Sheraton in Chennai. Padmashree Kamal Hassan will honor the actors and technicians with shields while Rama Narayanan, Tamil Film Producers Council’s President will preside over the occasion congratulating the team. Actor Surya, music director Harris Jayaraj, K.S. Ravikumar, producer Udhayanidhi Azhagiri and other technicians of this film will be present.
Aadhavan is about a sharpshooter assigned to kill a judge involved in the investigation of serial murders of children in Kolkatta. But it’s revealed that hitman is none other than judge’s son. (OI)
